Product Details

What Sets the Regal Custom Range Hood Apart from Stock Range Hoods?

A stock hood gives you a fixed look. The Regal Custom Range Hood starts with striking curves and a large-scale cove-style crown and lets you adjust the size, finish and details from there. The buying process stays personal too: free sample tiles for finish decisions, direct access to bloom range hoods’ master designer, a secure ordering process with a U.S.-based company and free shipping to the 48 continental U.S. states.

The Regal Custom Range Hood: Shape, Material and Ventilation in One Custom Build

Built around striking curves and a large-scale cove-style crown, the Regal Custom Range Hood gives you a recognizable silhouette before you make a single finish choice. 16-gauge copper, brass or 304 stainless steel construction provides the structure, while custom proportions, accents and exhaust options let the hood fit your kitchen instead of the other way around.

  • Model-Specific Shape: The Regal gets a look separate from Bloom’s other hood profiles through striking curves and a large-scale cove-style crown.
  • Made-to-Order Proportions: Choose width, depth and height around the range, cabinetry and ceiling conditions in your kitchen.
  • Material You Can Build Around: Choose 16-gauge copper, brass or 304 stainless steel to set the material direction for the hood.
  • Ventilation Choices: Select an exhaust setup based on your range, room layout and cooking habits.
  • Lifetime Structural Guarantee: Bloom backs the hood structure with lifetime coverage.

Custom Range Hood Sizing and Ventilation, Built Around Your Kitchen

Good looks only go so far above a busy range. The Regal combines custom sizing with ventilation choices for everyday cooking, all built around precise TIG-welded construction. The result is a hood with the presence you want and the practical function the space needs.

  • Built for Daily Use: Heavy-gauge metal and TIG-welded construction create a solid structure.
  • Proportions You Control: Adjust width, depth and height to fit the visual scale of the room.
  • Mounting Style Choices: Coordinate the hood with the installation conditions in your kitchen.
  • Configurable Ventilation: Select airflow performance around the range and cooking routine.
  • Protective Finish Options: Available surface protection helps preserve the selected finish.

Range Hood Finishes with More Personality, Less Predictability

This is where the Regal gets personal. Choose from Bloom’s available color, texture and material options and decide how much contrast you want between the main body and decorative details. Free sample tiles let you compare options beside the actual materials in your kitchen before making the final call.

A cleaner finish keeps attention on the Regal silhouette. More texture brings the metal itself forward. Both approaches work; the better choice depends on the rest of the kitchen.

Where the Regal Custom Range Hood Feels Right at Home

The Regal draws plenty of character from striking curves and a large-scale cove-style crown. From there, the finish does a lot of the stylistic work: warmer combinations can feel classic, while cleaner surfaces and quieter accents can pull the hood toward transitional or contemporary kitchens.

The finish gets attention, but proportion is what makes the hood belong. Made-to-order sizing lets the Regal relate to the room instead of forcing the room to accommodate a preset shell.

Put Your Stamp on a Custom Range Hood with bloom

There are plenty of choices in a custom hood, but you do not have to sort through them alone. Bloom’s master designer works with you one-on-one on the Regal Custom Range Hood, from proportions and finish direction to decorative details and ventilation.

A custom kitchen deserves more than a close-enough hood. Build the Regal Custom Range Hood around the space and give the cooking wall a focal point with a reason to be there.

Ventilation Systems

Find Your Perfect Exhaust System

We believe the ventilation system behind your beautiful hood should work as hard as it looks good. Here's how to find your perfect match:

Motor Fan In-Hood Exhaust System

The culinary equivalent of having everything you need right at your fingertips.

  • Motor(s) nestled inside your copper hood
  • Complete with lights, switches, and stainless steel baffle filters
  • 304-grade stainless steel liner (the gold standard of kitchen durability)
  • Powered by 120 volts 60hz, like a well-oiled kitchen machine
  • Features reusable stainless steel baffle filters (we believe in sustainability almost as much as style)
  • Motor(s) run at approximately 7 sones - the soundtrack to your cooking adventure

Motor Fan In-Attic Exhaust System

For when you want all the power without stealing the spotlight. This method is preferred but requires accessible attic space directly above the kitchen.

  • Motor tucked discreetly in your attic, like a kitchen ninja
  • Still equipped with all the essentials: lights, switches, and stainless steel baffle filters
  • Premium 304 grade stainless steel liner at 120 volts 60hz
  • Reusable stainless steel filters for easy maintenance
  • Virtually silent operation in your kitchen - quieter than a Wisconsin lake at dawn
  • Perfect for open-concept kitchens where conversation flows as freely as your creativity

Liner Only (No Motor)

For the kitchen maestros who march to their own beat.

  • Requires purchasing a separate External Blower System
  • Motor(s) positioned outside your structure
  • Includes the essentials: lights, switches, and stainless steel baffle filters
  • Premium 304 grade stainless steel liner at 120 volts 60hz
  • Equipped with reusable stainless steel filters
  • Ideal for unique installations or specific ventilation requirements

Recirculating Systems

When your kitchen's layout plays hard to get with outside venting options.

  • Perfect solution when venting to the outside isn't in the cards
  • Equipped with specialized charcoal filters to trap cooking odors and grease
  • Limited to 390 CFM and up to 48" in width (even heroes have their boundaries)
  • Features clever louvers built into the hood for air to escape back into your kitchen
  • Ideal for apartments, condos, or older homes where structural limitations make external venting challenging
  • All the style with a practical twist for challenging spaces

How To Measure Infograph

Your Copper Hood

How To Measure

Watch our video tutorial for help selecting the proper dimensions for your copper hood. You'll need to measure the width of your cooktop and the height of your ceiling from the kitchen floor. Wall-mounted hoods can be as wide as your cooktop; however, island mounted hoods should be at least 6 inches wider than the cooktop. The bottom of the hood should be between 30-36" above your cooktop. Once the dimensions of the hood are determined, you can then select a ventilation system. We offer in-hood and in-attic ventilation systems. Once you select a ventilation system that will work for your kitchen space, you can then choose the color and texture of the copper hood. Don't forget to personalize your hood with custom straps, rivets and apron patterns.
